There is a high temperature blower for safety, a high temperature variable exhaust and an oven control panel that is state-of-the-art. The panel contains all the necessary information that includes both transient and the high temperature limit. It also records the total hours of operation. The oven has a Smart Control System for assessing the gas train and the operation of the blower. This is scanned at a very rapid rate of around 60 cycles per second to ensure the proper operation of the oven.
